    How we spend money

    1. Accounts:  The 9 Hatton Trustees give their time voluntarily at no cost to the Trust.  The Trust’s audited accounts and financial statements are available from the Mutuals Register @ Mutuals Public Register: Hatton Housing Trust Limited where you can download the FCA Annual Return along with the Trusts Annual Report and financial statement which also gives information on the number of properties let each year along with the full annual accounts.
    2. Limits on what we spend with and without Committee approval:  Where practical the Trust endeavour to obtain two quotes for work to be carried out above an agreed amount.

     If you think we haven’t published information that we hold and that it should be included in our STAIRS Publication Scheme, you can ask us to review this.
     
    We’ll review your request within 30 calendar days.  In certain circumstances, additional time may be added.  If you’re unhappy with our review outcome, you can then escalate this directly to the Housing Ombudsman.
