- Repairs and Maintenance plans: The Trust carry out stock condition reports across all seven sites. All major works are planned for and agreed by the Management Committee.
- Locations: The Trust owns one hundred and sixteen units of accommodation, most of which are flats, at seven locations in and around the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge area. There are four larger sites at Langton Green, Shipbourne, Speldhurst and Pembury and three smaller sites at Bidborough, Tunbridge Wells and Southborough.
- Decent Homes Standard: All flats at all sites meet the Decent Homes Standard.

If you think we haven’t published information that we hold and that it should be included in our STAIRS Publication Scheme, you can ask us to review this.
We’ll review your request within 30 calendar days. In certain circumstances, additional time may be added. If you’re unhappy with our review outcome, you can then escalate this directly to the Housing Ombudsman.
