    1. Who we are:  The current Management Committee is comprised of nine members. The chairman is Colin Barber and the vice chairman is Jane Clay along with Diana Barber, Amanda Harris, Deborah Manley, Victoria Meredith, Marcus Mayne, Vivienne Packer and Philip Packer.
    2. How we make decisions and engage with tenants to ensure their voices are heard:   
    1. Every new tenant is provided with a Welcome Pack with contact details for the Trust.  This information is also published in the Annual Newsletter which is sent out annually to all tenants and is available on the Trust’s website www.hattonhousingtrust.co.uk
    2. At each of the seven sites there is a Trust Representative who are contacted before each Management Committee Meeting and asked if they wish to raise any comments for Committee consideration.
    3. Each year the Trust hold an Annual Tenants Meeting afternoon tea where all tenants are invited to attend and given the opportunity to raise any comments.

      Claire Mitchell is the main point of contact for all the Trust services. She works for Warners Solicitors who in turn act as Secretary to the Trust and carry out the general administration for the Trust.

      Jess Stevens deals with any maintenance or repair work for the Trust properties.

    We’ll review your request within 30 calendar days.  In certain circumstances, additional time may be added.  If you’re unhappy with our review outcome, you can then escalate this directly to the Housing Ombudsman.
